This is a desktop space about two groups of people that struggled early on to find acceptance in baseball- African-Americans and Latinos. The spaces give a history of both of these groups in baseball, profiles one significant player, discusses a few other notable players and also offers tips on finding books and other materials on these groups, while providing a list of a few significant titles. The target audience is probably middle school given the nature of some of the books featured as well as the databases listed. The powerpoints have "notes" at the bottom of each page and you may have to "save" instead of "open" the powerpoints to view those notes.
